# Terms of Service

## 1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Nirixa ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including those who access the Service via the SDK.

## 2. Service Description

Nirixa is an LLM observability platform. It provides a dashboard for monitoring token costs, latency, hallucination risk, and prompt drift across your AI applications. It includes a Python SDK (`nirixa` on PyPI) and a JavaScript/TypeScript SDK (`nirixa` on npm) for instrumenting your applications.

## 3. Accounts & Access

You must authenticate via Google or GitHub OAuth to access the dashboard. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your SDK API keys with parties outside your organisation.

## 4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Nirixa offers the following plans, billed monthly via Dodo Payments:

- **Trial** — 14 days free, up to 100,000 tokens tracked
- **Starter** — $49/month, up to 1,000,000 tokens
- **Growth** — $99/month, up to 10,000,000 tokens
- **Enterprise** — $199/month, unlimited tokens

Token limits reset monthly. Exceeding the limit on paid plans will prompt an upgrade. All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

## 5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
- Abuse, overload, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure
- Share SDK API keys publicly or with untrusted parties
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission

## 6. Intellectual Property

Nirixa and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Nirixa and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the LLM call data you send through the SDK.

## 7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that hallucination risk scores are accurate. Heuristic scores are advisory only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nirixa's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

## 8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting [hi@nirixa.in](mailto:hi@nirixa.in). Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

## 9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
